You know what I like about this mod. It isn't trying to be another rebalance or anything but tries to be like a completely different game ( minigame). You can do out of the box things with it and setting up the game is really easy and quick. The maps fits with the playstyle and the games never drag on. Its one of those games that you play when your like; Okay lets do something fun really quick!
Is there be a way for server mods to also install required UI mods? It's pretty anoying to always have to install the UI and server part seperately and to tell your friends to install the UI mods as well. If not, make it possible to implement UI mods into servers as well which send it to their clients.
I've been looking for the issue but can't figure out what is wrong. That said, rektarking is the one who submitted the mod, so I am not exactly sure what link he used for that :/
I haven't looked at this mod specifically, but it can be caused by the version number inside the zip being different to what is reported in the list of online mods.
isn't the process by now simplified and you just need to give the link to the zip here: https://pamm-mereth.rhcloud.com/mod ?
Some people give the direct link to the master branch of a mod from github, meaning if they check in a change, the downloaded zip changes but PAMM's list doesn't (as it only updates when you use that site to upload a new version). Unfortunately I'm at work so I can't look at the cause for this mod specifically. I'll have a look when I get home later.
Oh I know problem. I thought you only submitted once. With pamm. Meaning you give it direct dl link for a branch in GitHub and then whenever you change that branch it updates on pamm. Did not know we need to resubmit after each update to mod.
I think you are supposed to provide pamm a download link that does not change. So don't give pamm a link to a file that may change in the future (or at least does not change until you actually want to do a mod update)
So i made a release version of GGS in github, should someone delete are current version then and then i just resubmit it with the release version of it? @stuart98 @cola_colin @raevn
