PA won't start up >.<

Hello,

My boyfriend and I sometimes use the same computer to play PA because when he goes to bed i need to move levels. For some reasons my PA will start up easily with steam but his PA just won't open >.<
Any suggestions? Eeek, ahahahaha,

You try to Verify the game cache though steam yet?

So it's just don't open, no errors or anything?

Would be helpful if you can upload DxDiag file from his PC.

Did you try turning it on and off?

Got this after most recent update, restarting comp fixed it.

Have you tried hugging it
