Alright, so you might think of this as an annoying question, but are subs gone forever or just being optimized, reworked and coming out sometime in the future?

I bet Uber is now working on the main features that are complained about. Saving, balance and servers etc.
Alias first make the current features awesome and then add new big stuff :)

Subs with strategic nukes witch have a reasonable range and cannot shoot to other planets would be nice :)

Did they sign any contract with you or any kickstarter supporter? They promised stuff in kickstarter, and almost all is now delivered. They already got big butt spanking for releasing without major promised features.

With kickstarter the only thing a developer is obligated to do is make an effort, as well as release some form of product. I could give countless examples of complete kickstarter scams that got off Scott free due to there being nothing else binding them to actually complete said goals.

That is not how the contracts work especially in a comment law jurisdiction like the United States. A contract could be explicit or implicit or both. There must be an offer and it must be a accepted. Also all parties must be able to legally enter into a contract and all parties have come to agreement.

People didn't realize that they could sue in court for damages. In other words they didn't realize they were entering into a legally binding contract.

Trying to sue would be one sure way to destroy PA, I hope that is not what you are advocating.

The sue would most likely fail anyway, unless someone had enough money to get a nice lawyer.

I am definitely not advocating sue Uber! I repeat I am definitely not advocating sue Uber! In context of the conversation were talking about kickstarter scams and you could do about it. I want Uber to develop PA for as long as possible.;)
