    Yes that's the total and the numbers update every minute.

    I'll look for something to replace the loading gif when I have some more time.

    Perhaps you could edit the ranked icon to be blank (probably best not to use the unranked icon)?

    Edit: what's the average time between getting new ranked players?

    My one takeaway from sitting scanning the names of people in games on palobby.com:

    The number of Uber employee impersonators in lobbies is amazingly high. I saw at least three people named Sorian.

    I thought the AI names appeared differently? As in "AI: Sorian"

    Ah well, it's been so long since I played an AI game I wasn't sure on the naming conventions.

    It used to, now the ai has a special tag you have to go into the game lobby to see. A bad move imo, as the people who want to play multiplayer with ai is largely disjoint from those who just want multiplayer.

    And the new update just reduced the player count to 1600. Platinum lost more than half of its players, I guess some people were afraid to drop down.

    I wonder how many people will reclaim their rank and how many will remain in the void of inactivity.

    Well I will have invariably dropped out of Uber (not played it since the 'Smurfs' thread- I really was getting tired of playing smurf after smurf). I've been playing custom games and was even in a tourney, just not playing the ranked 1 v 1. I suppose I could give it another whirl soonish...

    I imagine many other players will be similar to me...
