    I am trying to get PA to run on another computer than my main one, but it crashes on the launcher. System specs:
    AMD FX-4100 quad core
    8 GB ram
    Windows 7 64-bit
    Integrated AMD 760G

    What in this configuration wouldn't work?

    I've but in the latest DirectX and Visual distributables.

    I guess I need to clarify, the system still works fine, it's more the PA launcher that crashes and never gets to the login screen, or any other graphics.

    A few people have told me about this and they have had to nuke their entire setting to reset it, if @squishypon3 can do better I don't want to be the bad new bearer ;-;

    Your drivers aren't showing up. That can't be right. Try updating them.

    G0hst, this could be a myriad of issues and I wouldn't be advising radical potential fixes right now.

    If I'm reading your DxDiag correctly your trying to run PA on the integrated gpu in the 760G chipset?

    Basically it isn't powerful enough for PA! You need to add a discreet card to that system for it to run properly. Doesn't need to be anything fancy really, if looking at AMD a Radeon R7 250X is a good place to start and should run the game ok.

    Nvidia you should look at a GT 740 or preferably a GT 750 / 750ti depending on budget.

    wasn't AMD selling the 290x for like $300 or $400 over the holidays? That's a ridiculous bargain, I got my GTX 760 for like $200 iirc

    I was wondering if it was the graphics system. I was trying to set it up on the kids computer (which is pretty basic). My box plays just fine, even tho the graphics system is a couple of years old (GTX 460). I just wanted a little confirmation before I go down the new card path.

    My only complaint about the game is that there is a lot to manage and get used to.

    Indeed! Best way to bring this to our attention is to use the report function (it's not just for nasty posts! ;))

    By the way, you said you had updated DirectX to the latest, but the UberLauncher depends on a very specific version of DirectX, namely June 2010. It's kind of weird, but it's also mentioned on the CoherentLabs website, which provides the UI framework for PA (and the UberLauncher), so try installing that one.
