Had a look at your dx diag, nothing obviously wrong. Have you tried disabling all mods?

How did you disable them? The easy option is go into settings in the uber launcher, and ad in the '--nomods' switch to the command line options. That bypass all mods without effecting them. If that fixes your performance you'll probably need to delete your mods folders and reinstall them again....

I actually have to do that every time I run mod manager. Its not a mod problem.

Uh based on what you've said I'm almost *certain* it's a mod problem now... If you can't run the mod manager, you can't update the mods. Old mods will *kill* the performance and make the game crash etc. You have to keep mods fully up to date. If you have to reinstall all mods every time you run PAMM then there is something wrong with your installation. Mod manager works fine for me. Please try the '--nomods' switch in the Uber launcher settings and tell me if your performance improves.

Just because they're updated to the latest version doesn't mean they work with the current build version.

so I have to go through every possible combination of mods to see if they work?

Well does the '--nomods' option fix the performance issues? If the answer is yes, then your problem is mod related and you need to go through them. If it makes no difference then you can rule out mods as the issue :)

I can't launch it in the uber launcher. it updates every time regardless of whether it is necessary, and I am not willing to wait for that, as I have abysmally slow internet.
