Just a quick thought - I'm pretty sure that if you buy a gift copy of a game on steam you cannot 'trade' it for 30 days or something like that which means you'll have to send gifts and the intermediary will have a pretty darn full inventory and large number of gifts received to send

Worked just fine last time I did this. It's supposed to be sent as a gift. Because it's gift-giving. Silly Marshii.

Lol, we should make an exception for PA since these forums are PA forums. At least in cases where we know the reciever does not have PA.

I know xP I know xP you were just talking about acceptations and all so it being on should probably be required for that acceptation of the rule

Hmm.. I'm not sure if that's true, that should only be if you recently changed a credit card or just reactivated Steam Guard.

Well since you have Cola you'd be gifting him the game, but then if he gave it away that'd count as trading in Steam. I'm not entirely sure he's right, as this stuff definitely doesn't seem to apply to Tf2 items.

Maybe we should test it with a 1$ game?

So, what we are arguing here, is if a game can be traded again after being gifted?

Isn't that considered by most to be "disney evil"?

You are actually worried that if you get a gift, you will not be able to pawn that **** off as someone else's problem in exchange for something you wanted more, fast enough after just recieving it?

Why don't we just gift each other $20 steam gift cards?

Why don't we just agree it doesn't matter, and accept the steam-gift given to us proper? If you want to quietly trade it afterwards, fine, but at least accept the time-delay to it.
