Well, could we see the release of the Ant hover tank first, please? It's in the game files, it appears to be pretty much finished, but it's nowhere to be seen in the game.
It's not finished at all, it's just the alpha T1 tank (Ant). It even has the same name in it's .json file. Anyway, I'd rather fix the current balance than add random units to the game that would serve no purpose yet, possibly messing up balance further.. Adding another variable.
I'm with Squishy. Fix it all. We modders have done it at least once already, and I'm stepping up for round two here in the next few weeks. I'm sure Uber can pull it off
Oooor they could just save themselves a good amount of work and use PopCorn Unit Rebalance or UberCommunity Balance Mod or whatever. I think that most of the mods that title themselves as Balance Mods exist just as much for Uber to look at them and derive something from them as they do for the community to enjoy them.
if you make a bot to have an AA missile then you will have a fast moving anti ground-air-sea army with nothing can kill it (because air were shutoff) unless you make a bot to hunt them down
yea that rcbm ... i seriously dont want anything of it ... it is not BS when one unit makes other units entirely useless wich was the case with the stinger it basicly was a cheaper and more cost effective spinner ... as such the spinner never got used and air wasnt even an option when stingerblops were around ... the stinger must not ever be like the spinner if it shall get in .. i personaly can live without it as the unitpool currently is ...
When we say add it back, we don't mean the old stinger. We mean add it back in with some sort of way to differentiate between the two without invalidating one or the other
i hope they make a dedicated hoverfactory for it to let it work for both lavaplanets and full on waterplanets along with some more hovercrafttypes

I think it would be cool to have the aa bot return with a supporting ground role. So screw the AA and let it shoot a salvo of light rockets which have a decent spread against the enemy army. Not killing the tanks or dox but hurting them a bit or else it would be OP.
I don't think you should have a land based AA that's as fast as dox. And even then, fighters are faster then dox. And yes, that is exactly the balance of Spinners compared to fighters right now. Spinners rapid fire missiles where as fighters fire single powerful missiles.
