There are three. That lava map, an ice map, and a desert one. The lava one is the most fun for me. Looking forward to playing that once lasers get cheaper.
No. But the results are bland and boring. Hand made maps tend to play much better because a real human considered how the map would play.
You can't dictate what maps you play in ranked, but the new system editor allows you to build your own maps so you can play them in customs. Just careful: It's still pretty new and tends to bug here and there.
