Human Resources would have succeeded if it was more like this

Go to 5 minutes 30 seconds into the pitch video where scathis says "and we delivered on it". that was a bad mistake on his part also not stating in the video that there are two separate teams and giving reassurance that PA will get continued development/support.

Edit: all stretch goals would've been present at release because that was the purpose of stretch goals.

Actually the purpose of stretch goals is to entice people to pay even more...

The results speak for themselves? Checked the results myself, pledged 100 for HR. Considering I thought the results were pretty favorable. Like $100 favorable...

Then Uber should have stated that during the kickstarter campaign or a kickstarter update which would've reasons why. People pledged good money towards those goals it is not an unreasonable expectation or misconception. Don't even know if they're planning work on any of these. It is true that their communication has improved but the best way to predict the future is the past.

Those important aspects were left out of the Kickstarter video, so while many were much more aware of the actual level of progress with PA, the impression they tried to give in the Kickstarter video was very different to that - they were saying they had 'delivered on' PA and were using the perception that they had already successfully delivered (implicitly what was promised in the Kickstarter), when PA was in fact far from ready.
