    Hello everyone,

I have been trying to stream via Twitch by logging into my Twitch account in the PA settings and enabling the stream (while being logged in twitch.com), but my channel keeps being offline. I get no error messages, nor do I see anything on the twitch settings that seems relevant.

Do you have any ideas why this may be, or any suggestions on what could I try?

    Thank you very much.

You toggle switch streaming in-game with F6. I take it, that doesn't work either?

You may want to check if there is anything in the log files that could explain that.
    Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log
On a typical install %LOCALAPPDATA% will be C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local
    OSX: ~/Library/Application Support/Uber Entertainment/Planetary Annihilation/log
    Linux: ~/.local/Uber Entertainment/Planetary Annihilation/log

Just delete them all, then start PA and try to stream. See if any errors pop up in the logs. You can also upload it here with the "Upload a File" button.

Thank you, DeathByDenim: as you say, a log file with errors pops up when I try to stream. Apparently there is some "Error compiling shader post_fbbmip.fs: #version 140".

Please find this log file attached. Any ideas?

The shader error will only affect visual stuff. It means you are missing some visual effects. I suspect that error pops up because your Intel drivers are outdated. Version 10.18.10.3308 stems from 2013. You can get rid of it by downloading the latest here. In any case, it shouldn't be the source of your woes.

There is however also this in your log:

    Thanks guys.

I tried all the suggestions by DeathByDenim but none seemed to be (easly) working for me, so instead I had a look at OBS and realised that it indeed looks like the best option after learning how to use it (which took me 15 minutes).

Thus, my problem is now solved.

That works too. Strange though. I'm pretty sure Uber uses it themselves for streaming. Oh well. Happy streaming. :)
Post them to the "Videos And Replays!" subforum. :)
