I have seen others mention this, but every time I start up Steam and go to PA, I get this message. I think at this point this is old, unrelated news, and some other PA relevant news should be posted instead. Keeping fans up to date is important, and most people really would rather see news items posted on Steam more regularly.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you personally don't want news.

I agree. Time to move on with a new update showcasing all the cool new competitive and map making features. No need to beat a dead horse and encourage further negativity.

the new stuff is yet to be ready before any new news could be put up on steam ...
we have talked about it here before ... symmetrical planets, ladders new ballance passes ... most of them by the end of the month ... the informercial update will be likely out as the content update gets shipped i imagine ..

They should try to get up some positive news on there soon yeah. Can be "look news in how we handle the pte" or similar for a start I guess.
Once the first pte is out and working that is :p

I think they should also post the Bi-Weekly work updates in the feed on PA. Then everybody would see it!

reminds me of certain topics on the definition of "micro" "macro" "strategy" "tactics" and what a mod should do or not do. Those cycle since years :D

We need more new PTE updates to talk about more meaningful stuff. Like a new mapeditor. :D

yepp and i am pretty much the only person that says that .. guilty

and how many of you people constantly talk about the same?

    mapeditor?
i rather would have multiplanetplay be fleshed out because that was the sellingpoint of the game ...

Idk, nukes work well enough for planet-crackers, so do halleys and annihilaser when available, and slap a bit more health on astraeuses and you can use drops as a snipe.

Tbh, I miss the idea of Human Resources. All that hype :(

Nukes, game enders and snipe drops can't really stay the only thing that matters in multi planet play. That's boring.

I am trying to stay away from it, but I am just a human, imperfect and unable to resist sometimes ;D
I think a mapeditor will be quite a game changer.
I agree that multiplanet play has to become better, but actually I see a mapeditor as a first step towards that. The next step is an UI to make orbital stuff actually controllable without getting angry at the UI. Then it probably needs some balance tweaks, too.

i am talking bout unit transportation .. nukes, lazor and halleys are all neat and dandy but are heavily lacking in flexibility ... and teleports are just too stale ... made a thread on this a while ago ..
either none has interest or there isnt much to talk about it ...

Must every thread go off-topic before the end of page 1 if it is not about content people want? lol
