Changing the cool-down time of a unit upon entering orbit

    Does anyone know where I can find this stat? I want to make my SXX's not be able to fire as soon as they land...

    planetary_arrival_cooldown_time, default value is in base_orbital.

    Also, does the cooldown only affect interplanetary movement, or does it affect everything including weapons fire?

    Haven't played with it; I was just able to correctly guess the name, and failing that there are really only two places to look (base and SXX)
