    Hey folks,

Thanks to ubergaf, we have the art book available for download now, if it was included at the tier you pledged ($90 for Kickstarter, and I believe it was the Galactic Edition for Early Access).

We're still enabling it for Steam users, but if you bought through us or through Kickstarter, you can test and see if it's available here:

    https://store.uberent.com/Account/MyKeys

It should show up in a new section called "Digital Downloads".

Let us know if you encounter any bugs, and post here if you want to talk about it! We're excited to finally be able to release this.

    Thanks!

I purchased the game on Steam Early Access so I'm assuming I get the art book? I got the Theta commander and I'm pretty sure the art book was included in the deal too. Please confirm.

Yup, I'll add a post once I've had it confirmed that the Steam EA folks can see it.

It was confirmed at the $90 Galactic Edition (And Cosmic) and $90+ pledges for the Kickstarter, and the Steam Early Access edition. We'll probably try and make it available for lower tiers as well, but because it's a fair about of work to scrub through the database, we want to get it out to everyone who it was promised to first. :)

I'm hoping pre-orders have a chance of getting it, but I don't think they ever promised it to us.

I can see the download link, but I can't download the artbook.
When I click on the link the following error appear(in a new window)

    Code:
    <Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access denied</Message></Error>

I'm an Alpha Backer over your website(same time as the kickstarter)

On page 45 on the grass biome there is "tress" in the text instead of "trees" ;)

Much obliged, still eager for that tshirt/box/usb/ect...

Some of the pages make much better slideshow-desktop-wallpapers. Like the imperial/raptor/quad/tank base pages, or some of the commander ones. Just, broadcasting that idea out to you fellow art-owners...

    ...Oh, and the "biomes" pages...

...Y'know, fukkit, I will use ALLTHEPAGES as a desktop wallpaper. #BACONHIGHFIVEYOLO

People who bought on steam for $70 while in alpha get it too, right? ;)

I'm really curious to see what secrets this piece of digital paper has to hold.

It's a very nice artbook, and thanks for the awesome wallpapers.
However, i feel the need to pin point a few things which still makes me unhappy with PA from different perspectives :
    PA1.jpg
To me the single biggest thing that jumps out at me is not the ambient occlusion. Yes it's beautifull. But the single biggest thing that jumps out at me is these missing coasts. From a technical perspective i still do not get why this is not possible (or if it is, hopefully it will come later). And from a gameplay perspective that would bring a lot.

Now to contrast, i feel a bit puzzled when reading this :
    PA2.jpg
So all these height differences disapeared because they were causing difficulties in gameplay ????? Sorry to me, with the addition of sloap/ramps, it would have brought a lot to gameplay and not difficulties. And by the way, the desert biome has switched from extreme height variation to no variations at all. And by the way, reducing unit size would have solved the problems if it's about small relative scale of planets.

This is the real Desert Biome (height variation you said ?):
    PA3.jpg
In the end this nice artbook reminds me at some point one of the biggest disapointment i have about PA : Nearly no variations at all in the different biomes with of course no impact on gameplay. And i take advantage of this to ask to @jables if it's possible to have a clear status about what can be expected regarding the biomes. We've been said many times we would get improvements. And as many other promises, i'm still waiting for at least a clear feedback. I can understand many things are not possible right now because it requires lots of extra work, I can understand it's not technically possible or too much difficult to achieve, but what is potentially driving me crazy is being explained something is not in with no clear reason.

I appreciate all the good stuff Devs and Art people have put into this game. But it's absolutly painfull to feel the amazing potential this game has, and just being able to feel how the experience would be if only ....

    Thanks.
