Hey, this actually happened about a week ago, but I'm not sure if everyone's been really looking into it or not, but yeah.. The Reflex kickstarter was canceled due to lack of funding. BUT, it was greenlit on Steam, which meeeaans- they're doing Early Access, and at a very low price compared to the Kickstarter's Alpha/PreAlpha prices.
At least they're still doing early access, they say the alpha I'm guessing should come out in a couple months and it'll only cost ~15 USD. Much cheaper than the 60 USD I paid for pre alpha, but I digress.
A new Arena shooter, it looks very, very promising. New mechanic with the stake gun to keep wall jump spam down a bit. It also has some sort of thing like chronocam, as well as one of- if not the best in game map editor I've ever seen. (With multi player support)
