Yea, let's all give a completely unrealistic rating, so people who buy the game based on that rating are maximally disappointed when they see what the reality of the game's state is.

As @TheLambaster said, giving a 10 wouldn't be right, you should give it a realistic rating. If you want to be generous give it an 8.

If I could give a lengthy rating descriptive, I would. As a number, if I saw no bogus 0 ratings, I would probably rate it a 6.5, round up to a 7 if must.
