Waiting for Support

    Ok thank you. Why not, but there is none popup that appears when i select my game key....

    Ah not sure I can help, maybe you have a pop up blocker enabled that might be stopping it?

    Currently as OP says the support is having problems and that's why everything is being processed slower. Last time I needed support was way back when the OST came out and back that everything was working. I cannot influence support at this time, sorry.

    FYI: We are still processing tickets submitted from Sept 5th. We are working to receive more support so we can process the tickets quicker. I apologize for the delay.

    Is there any update to Support times like a ruff estimate to how long support tickets are open and so on?.

    As I have a ticket currently open for 6 days.

    We're processing support tickets from 9/5/14 and 9/6/14 today. (So happy to finally be on another day's tickets....) Unfortunately, there were even more tickets submitted on 9/6/14 than 9/5/14. But, new tickets dropped off since that day and we should be receiving more Support help soon that'll help us respond quicker. Thank you all for your patience <3

    Hey There!

    So me and my brother purchased the game on 2013 Oct!

    It was told: Purchase it, it will be released on 2013 Dec!
    Yep, only 9 month delay...

    It was released on 2014 sept 5!, and we can`t play because there is no key!!!
    And not even an answer for the ticket what, he is sent to the support on 2014 sept 5!!!

    It`s more than a week ago, seriously why you can`t even answer?

    What take so long to answer for a ticket, it may take 3-5min to answer?
    This is what you call support, I think we waited long enough to play this game, don`t we?

    Don`t say, there is a lot of tickets, and the support is busy, I don`t care!
    Hire more ppl for support, or do what you must do, as i say I don`t care!

    And by the way, don`t forget WE are the customers!

    So please answer that ticket, thank you.

    My support ticket dated 7 Sept was answered on 19 Spet. (Thx Support, I heard there is only 1 staff doing the support stuff)
    Unfortunately, the problem still persist (game wont start) and I have replied the support's reply on the same date. I wonder if it would be counted as a 19 Sept ticket and would have to wait for 2 weeks again for follow up.....

    Day 15, still waiting to play PA for the first time.

    Did you try making a thread in the support forums? There are some very helpful community members that are quite capable of debugging many common issues that cause the game not to start.

    Update: We're almost done with requests from the 7th and should soon start working on requests from the 8th. :)

    Yeah, yours is kind of a special one. If you post your DxDiag in the Support Forums, we have a lot of really knowledgeable Community members that can also help diagnose and offer suggestions. :)
