PA.exe stop working

Hello guys. I read a lot of topics with this problem and try to do many things to fix it but still cant solve it.
Please help me.

Can you please clarify when exactly this error occur?

I downloaded PA_Stetup.exe from my ubernet profile and installed it. Now when i want to run launcher and download the rest game its instantly crashed and show error "UberLauncher.exe has stopped working".
