So whenever i play a new game, i always get the generating planets bar in the center, but instead of the normal background for that, its actually the game and i can use the arrow keys to move the camera. but i cant do anything else and other for the ui in the bottom right corner, i have no UI! This bug has been hindering me because it never goes away and doesn't allow me to play. I don't play with mods. I have reinstalled the game numerous times and have used all three launchers i know of, steam, PAMM, and the uber launcher.
Hi, first what OS are you running on? If Windows please can you post a DXDIAG. Secondly- if you have PAMM then have you ever had mods in the past? Sometimes old mods can break the UI. An easy way to test this, use the UberLauncher, but before launching the game go into the settings (accessible by clicking on your name in the top RH corner of the launcher) and add in to the 'command line' options the following: "--nomods" This will prevent the game from looking at the mod folders at all, if this fixes it then you'll need to delete your mod folders to fix the problem permanently
