Bug?Existing or now? background with teamwin AI single player

so I was playing in single player, team win and every game I tried to start up would cause the graphics to not drawn out at the start. the background galaxy, the star system, the planets nothing but the orbits was showing. wasn't sure if this is a known issue or not, the build menu did come up after I managed to get to a planet to start the game. I have a screen shot of it, if you'd like it.

yes sure but first could you upload your dxdiag.txt as an attached file to your next reply?

just hit the windows key on your keyboard, type dxdiax and hit enter, let the program run then "sava all information" to the desktop, it will create the dxdiag.txt.
