Extreme lag on GTX 780 Ti

I have around 10 FPS all the time in the game with a GTX 780 Ti. Lowering the graphics does not help at all.

I have the Asus Swift PG278Q with a 2560 x 1440 resolution. Is the game optimized for resolutions above 1080p?

Ofc they are. I use Nvidia GeForce Experience to always hold them up-to-date.

It all seems good, Are you running the game on steam? If you are you could try downloading the Uberlancher and play without steam.
